Hila Meller

Graduated in Computer Science and Mathematics from Bar-Ilan Tel Aviv University , she subsequently obtained an MBA in technology and innovation at the Technion , the Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa . From 2003 to 2008 she worked at Avnet Information Security & Risk Management, rising to the role of VP Products and Services . In 2008 she worked at Eurekify , with the role of Vice President EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). From 2009 to 2015 she was at CA Technogies , with the initial role of EMEA Sales Director and then Head of Security Strategy, always in the EMEA area . From 2016 to 2018 she was at HP , where she led the ESS (Enterprise Security Services) activities as Head of the Southern EMEA area . In March 2018, he joined BT , where he leads a pan-European team of security experts who protect some of the world’s largest and most complex organisations against ever-increasing cyber threats.

Over the years, she has developed significant experience in cybersecurity, both in the military and civil/commercial sectors, as well as cyber skills and experience focused on mitigating growing cyber threats. She was among the first experts in ERP system security , working as a Security Advisor on more than 30 projects. She also gained significant experience in Identity and Access Management , having actively contributed to the creation of a start-up later acquired by CA Technogies . At BT , she explored Cyber Intelligence issues , actively participating in working groups aimed at exploiting the potential of artificial intelligence applied to Cyber Security .
