Bio
After graduating in Business Economics from Bocconi University in 1976, she continued her academic training by earning the CoPAS diploma and holding research and teaching positions. She was an associate professor at the Universities of Bologna and Milan, and since 1994, she has been a full professor of Business Economics at the University of Brescia.
His research focuses on business economics, with a particular focus on the relationships between corporate governance, corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainability, and sustainable business models related to the circular economy and internal control systems.
